When do I pay?
No charge until we confirm availability. After confirmation, we send payment instructions. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before pickup.
What's included in the price?
Your rental includes 125 miles per day, basic kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. Generator use (6 hours/day), extra miles, and add-ons are additional.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation 30+ days before pickup. 50% refund for cancellations 8-29 days before pickup. No refund for cancellations 0-7 days before pickup.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within 100 miles of Irvine, CA. Delivery cost is $100 for the first 10 miles + $10/mile after that. Contact us for locations beyond 100 miles.
